This is a 1,000 square foot, “Beach Box” style home. It features three bedrooms, two full baths, a washer/dryer room, and accommodations for six people. It has a fenced in back yard that features a 20’ x 30 outdoor patio with Built-To-Last Lifetime polywood furniture. There is a spacious outdoor shower and dressing room and a grill for dining.

The den and bedrooms have new flatscreen Smart TV’s, phone chargers and ceiling fans.

This house is within walking distance to the beach.
