  1. Can renters bring their own Apple TV, Firestick, or ROKU device?

    ANSWER: Yes. Our 75” tv in the Den and our 55” Master Bedroom TV is already prewired with extra HDMI cables for your devices. The Children’s room and Guest bedroom TV’s can accept HDMI devices; however you’ll need to bring your own cables.

  2. Do you offer standard tv?

    ANSWER: YES. All of the televisions are new Samsung QLED tv’s. We use YouTube TV that has over 70 channels of viewing including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and more.

  3. Can renters log into the apps offered on the Television?

    ANSWER: YES. We provided Smart TV’s because most people want to watch their tv programs. Our TV’s are equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and many apps. Simply log in using your account and remember to log out when you leave.

  4. What happens if renters soil bed sheets?

    ANSWER: All mattresses have mattress protectors installed and we’ve provided a washer and dryer for your use.

  5. What happens if the internet is out?

    ANSWER: There are two type of outages. One that requires a reboot of the modem and router and the other that requires a call to our provider to refresh our signal.

    For most situations where the internet isn’t working, you simply need to unplug the power strip located above the cabinet in the washer/dryer room. When it turns on, it will automatically connect to all devices.

    If rebooting the modem and router doesn’t work, a call will need to be made to Spectrum Cable Company. Please call us and we’ll gladly call to request a signal refresh or a service call. 757-535-8484.

  6. Is there a fire extinguisher or first aid kit in the house?

    ANSWER: YES. The fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located in the cabinet over the dryer.

  7. Are renters allowed to use the community pool and boat ramp?

    ANSWER: YES. The community pool fees are $3.00 per person per day or $75 per week for up to six people - it opens Memorial Day and Closes Labor Day.

    The boat ramp is $25.00 a week per boat plus a $10.00 key deposit. There is also one boat slip available for $50 a week plus $10.00 key deposit.

  8. What is your return policy incase renters need to cancel a trip?

    ANSWER:

    We offer a full refund on a case by case basis:

    1. Hurricanes and family tragedies are full refunds. (death certificate needed for full refund).

    2. Long-term cancelations with 60 days notice are full refunds

  9. What happens if the A/C, heater, oven, refrigerator or any other appliance isn’t working?

    ANSWER: Please call 757-535-8484 and we will call a repair company.
